potentially buying a rebuild 2018 Honda Civic LX. pictures included

Dealership says they buy salvaged vehicles with no engine, frame, tranny, or flood damage. Asking $16k for this OTD. 28K miles. Thoughts?

These are from the dealership after repairs. I test drove it and it felt great.

Do you have any mechanical experience? thats kinda expensive for a rebuilt title

I don't have any. One of my friends looked at it and said it seems fine and that it's mostly cosmetic. But 🤷

No you should not buy it. rebuilt tiles can have loads of problems that are covered up by duct tape and bondo

Thanks for the advice. I will say I have bought two rebuilts from this dealership and both ran for a long time before any issues. But I'm gonna rethink it

oh if they actully do repairs well then sure

alot of rebuilts have problems but if youve bought rebuilt from them before id say do it

but maybe talk down the price a bit
