Check engine light comes on while driving slowly and minimal gas pedal usage (low rpm).

I usually drive by pressing the gas pedal very little and I've started to notice a slight jerking at low rpm. Now my nox/oxygen sensors (6 total) trigger the check engine light to my dash, but the car still seems to drive and start well.

What should I do to locate and prevent the fault?

is the slight jerking happening when it shifts gears?

My first guess it the maf sensor or O2 sensor in the poop pipe.
