Looking at fetting this car. Rust seems bad. Is this supper bad or is this just minimul. This is minisota.

Looks to be surface rust for the most part. Use a wire brush to get the old undercoat and rust off. Then paint with rust converting primer and undercoat.

@lavish nova I'd pay attention to the edge stuff, you don't want that flaking off and slowly moving up the rocker panels. Like @dire basalt said, use a wire brush/sandpaper and get all that just off (degreaser works for me as a lubricant to spray on before brushing/sanding). then primer and spray paint red, or paint match it and use that. good luck
