Good Afternoon, I'm new to the server. I'd like to inquire regarding my car and whether something needs addressing. My car is a BMW 11 Series Coupe 2013 Auto

The bottom right protective layer under the car is broken off, and exposed a red tube. Is it necessary to do something about it or may I drive as is?
