Hello, so im struggling with this problem with my new cars tune which i piurchased from 034. I followed the instructions clearly. I downloaded the app and was able to flash the transmission tune (034-103-2550 - ZF8 AL551, Stage 1). Although when I click engine in the flashing section it says that I don't have credits for it, when checking the email for the specific code tune that im getting it doesn't match up with any of them listed, the options that are show are 034-103-2905 but its locked and I cant flash it, there's also another option which is stage 2 and that's obviously locked as I didn't purchase stage 2. When looking in my email it says that 034-103-2901 - 3.0T Supercharged, Stage 1 is available and in my account but it doesn't 034-103-2901 - 3.0T Supercharged, Stage 1 is never an option in the engine area, I cant see to find where 2901 is in the application as only the one ending in 2905 appears. I thought that I had maybe purchased the wrong tune but I don't think I purchased the wrong one I believe I purchased the correct one. I was very upset to see that I couldn't flash the engine but the transmission one worked just fine.
