ford galaxy #help

Hi I have 2 errors on my car but the first one is po2e1-72 I have a problem where the car struggles to stay idle and then can cut out. This was never an issue until I changed the boost pipe. I had to change it because it had a hole. Any ideas? I read online could be throttle body. Does any one also know what the dash 72 means on the end of the error

TIL they made a diesel galaxy. Cool! So, troubleshooting advised by the forums: “You could try simply unplugging it to see if the fault goes. (It should be wide open as default. There will be a code triggered but should run fine).”
