skyline make noise

Was driving the skyline a little hard today and it started making this squealing noise sounds like a boost leak but I’m good on boost and making lots of it power steering belt seems loose so gonna tighten tomorrow and reinspect noise coming from turbo side of engine any ideas?

Have never heard something like that; but definitely coming from the turbo side. Wastegate or blow off valve faulty noises? Probably thinking more on the BOV side, as it sounds like an air evacuation.
