Speed bump hit

I went over a high speed bump and scraped the undercarriage of my car and I was wondering if the damage was serious or not. I looked beneath the car and saw scratches and a tiny hole, should this be a big deal? here's an image of under the car

looks to be a flat plastic guard to help with airflow, won't cause any issues unless it damaged whatever is on the other side of it which I doubt it would
