How in the world do I remove these bolts connecting the front struts to the knuckle? They’re so tight I’ve been hammering on them for 10 minutes and they haven’t budged.

Careful actuation of the jack to take the load off the bolts as much as possible - I usually have success getting it close to where the jack is barely holding the weight of the knuckle and then can get them out
