i've got an audi a4 b4 and the water pump looks like its leaking everytime i fill it with water its just leaks from there but i cant find any reason its leaking from there anyone has an idea?

That’s a weep hole, added by design to make the failure of the internal seal in the water pump much more evident. You’re in for a water pump job.
