Purchased computer scanner that plugs into the system and runs off an app on your phone. Told me that I have these problems but I’m not quite sure what they are nor how to fix it lmk what I can do or should start.

All of those say “history” seems like it’s been resolved it was just saved in your car as a prior issue. I could be wrong
