Your valve cover has gaskets for the outside of the valve cover and the spark plug tubes.

Over time there spark plug tube gaskets drip and get hard, this not sealing properly. Because of this you can let oil into your spark plug tubes, fouling your plugs

Are you burning oil? If not your rings are most likely fine

Which model engine? 4 cylinder or 6?

any abnormal readings? Im worried bout the coolant temp coz i just stsrted the car up after resting for few hohrs
