So I got a pair of mirrors, the mold is decent. A bit off in some areas, but within the range of sanding and spot putty. The main concern is the bolt alignment is pure ass. 1 bolt lines up with the right door and 2 on the left (3 bolts per door). Any ideas on how I can get it to align properly? I have never dealt with an issue like this with fibre glass bolt brackets.

My solution that I think is doable is to cut off this fibre glass mound (red) and make a new larger bracket (green) that properly aligns with all 3 bolts.
Thoughts?
