Why does my front passenger seat blow very cold air although i have all set for warm air? I live in finland and its -25 celsius here and its agonizing to drive when the ac is basically non usable, it blows warm air from everywhere except the said place

check your air pipes, maby a valve is faulty and doesn't open when you want warm air to come in, its alot of work yes but it could be anything with ac, maby you have faulty wiring or a wire melted / broke
