The level is at the black bar. Before i went to the mechanic it was on the honeycomb part. Did he overfill it? Drives fine otherwise, no oil lamp or any weird noises

#

Its a honda accord eu 2010 (acura tsx in the US)

When did you check it? Right after you ran the car or after it has been sitting on a level setting?

#

If you checked it after it has been sitting for a while, then yes, it looks like he overfilled it.

just drain a bit of oil from the drain plug and check again

#

definitely don't want to drive it like that or it won't have enough lubrication

is there any tall curbs near you

#

i'd try parking it on it, if you're lucky you'll have enough room to crawl under there

Question from an old guy with bad eyes. Does the dipstick have two holes on the flat surface? Up to and covering the top hole you are fine. 1/4inch above that is overfill.

dont touch it yourself. honestly cant for sure tell from the photo you took. post it without the drawing or take another one.

dont drain you oil for this

#

U ran it afterwards which means the oil is hot therefore it hit higher on the stick then cold. No smoke out of the exausht no trouble

#

As soon as you remove oil from it you are liable. If your engine breaks because of this they are liable.
