So im looking to replace my 2002 corolla dash lights and get some purple colored ones but i cant really find any specific ones of that specific car, all i can find is LEDS and stuff like that. Will it be okay if i just get any LEDS off amazon? Will my car blow up if i do? Will it hurt the dash motherboard? Or is it ok to do it? And thank ylu for your attention

I mean if the dash lights are replaceable and not hardwired in like most vehicles you should be fine with grabbing some from Amazon like the LED alternatives. The only issue is if the Amazon replacements will fit it appropriately. I watched a video and it seems like a snug fit

I'd highly recommend red instead of purple. There is a reason that color is used in aviation as it provides better night vision.
My '06 Audi was blood red, and danm it was nice at night!

This is very very true. I wish the kiddies in cars would understand just how dangerous those "blue" headlamps actually are.
Talk about making the roads unsafe for yourself and oncoming cars! Alas, youth and stupidity prevail 'cause they think being a danger to everyone is cool.
