would someone be able to help me im having car problems?

my cars acceleration gets stuck i've heard my cars throttle body gets carbon built up and gets stuck but i have cleaned with de greaser fully and still it is gettin worse is barly runs sometimes

So is the throttle body and accelerator peddle a cable linkage?
If cable managed, you only have 3 or 4 areas to address.
Throttle body, cable, accelerator peddle and secondary control such as cruse control.
Isolate each, and make sure they move freely all on their own.
