Cutting fender liner just straight up ruins the liner’s flexibility and strength of it. If you cut it, it will probably over time deform and tag your wheel. Either drive like a normal human being or rip out ur fender liner and get your wheel wells sprayed with truck bed liner.
Btw wires run along the liner (signals, engine harness etc). If you cut this liner you will be exposing your wiring more to the elements
Just so you know, so you may wanna thicken the diameter of the environment protection (but that is gonna cause it to be closer to the wheel).
