I’ve been looking to get new wheels for my ‘15 Lexus is250 awd and came across these f sport ct200h wheels. I’ve never bought wheels before so I’m not sure if these would fit my car. Tires are 215/40/17 for the f sport wheels while my current tires are 225/40/18. Also the bolt pattern is different but there are adapters that I can use. I’m not sure what the rim dimensions are. What do you guys think? Will these fit?

Generally speaking, don’t use adapters as in many cases they are unsafe (increased risk of a wheel falling off while driving = not good). You also may be able to downsize but you’d likely want to use taller tires so your Speedo and shift points are close to correct, and the TPMS may or may not interchange from one to the other. Short answer, this probably isn’t the wheel swap for you, but as you look for wheels you should try to come close to an OEM size of your current car, make sure the offset is similar too https://wheelssize.com/wheels/lexus/is-250/

Ayyyy Lexus gang. But yeah wheel adapters are the greatest idea but I’m sure you can find reputable adapters. I follow this page who had Porsche wheels on an is250
