Shift Light Indicator Always On

is it a light or a flag?

I'm almost certain it's a flag

for starters though if it is a bulb you can remove it

that being said it won't indicate your selected gear anymore

or if each one has it's own bulb remove the park one

the only cause I can think of is a failed relay
