#force car out of limp mode?

2010 dodge challenger, think its like a wiring problem causing it to go into limp mode bc shop couldnt figure it out

You can clear whatever codes are in it using a code scanner and that can get it out of limp mode until the problem comes back. If the problem comes back right away…. Then you need to fix the problem. What codes are you getting and what can you tell us about the history of the car, if you have any of that info?

yes check engine light and yes codes i just dont have them
Ok- stop at your local parts store and ask them to hook it up to the scanner. In the meantime, do a visual inspection of your wiring harnesses. Follow them around the engine bay, looking for spots where it may pinch or rub. Also look in the driver footwell, above where your feet go, around where the pedals hang from. Lots of wiring up there, again look for pinching and rubbing
