My car is a 2008 Toyota Corolla and a couple of months ago I changed all of my exterior bulbs to LED. Recently, I’ve noticed the turn signal LEDs on the right side of my car are very low brightness and have started ti flash irregularly. I did change the flasher relay when I upgraded the bulbs and I checked and made sure the new LEDs I put in weren’t bad so what could my issue be?

The video posted with this is exactly what I am experiencing

Get yourself a voltage tester and measure voltage / current at the light bulb and go deeper if needed
