Unsolder the resistor and take it out and check what kind it is by the numbers and other writing on the resistor. A simple online search should help find what you are looking for.
But in reality you need to have someone with an oscilloscope check the ECU out. May be more damage then what is obvious.
Also keep in my components like resistors have a power limit. You will see that when reading the specifications of a resistor, you will see like 1/4 watt or 1/2 watt. ECU can use a good amount of current so keep that in mind when buying components. Match up the components as best as you can.
