Hey,

I am having an issue with my backup camera, I’m not sure what buildup this is but I cannot clean it. Do I have to get a replacement?

What did you use to try and clean it?
That looks like run of the mill road grime buildup

Soapy water, maybe some alcohol on a qtip

Might need a plastic edge to scrape hardened dirt if it's that bad, but it doesn't look horrible from the pic

If you look inside the camera there is like a corroded layer under the lens that I can’t get at
