2 problems were made at the same time. Left indicator flashes too fast and when you are going to reverse there is a three beeping sound (I never had that problem before).

Fast flash can be an indication one of the bulbs is burnt out. Turn on the signals and check front and back while the car is parked

Depending on the car u might have two bulbs per indicator that was the issue with my mustang it was just one of the bulbs
