Recently got an Accord with a bad crank pulley, and weird power steering. I was hoping the power steering issue would resolve itself when we fixed everything in the pulley system. Got it fixed this morning and the power steering is still acting up. Stiff wheel at low speeds and pulls slightly to the right. Makes a weird whirring noise when turned all the way to the left.

Had a guy look at the right control arm and ball joints while we were working on the crank pulley and he said they were fine

Pull the belt at wiggle the power steering pumps pully if it has play look into replacing it
