Hello All, im working on an Audi A6 build and now im pushing more power im afraid of something happening with the catalytic converter and it grenading my engine so i want to get some test pipes which will replace my catalytic converter, but im wondering will it make the car obnoxiously loud? im not trying to get fined because i sound like a rice burner owned by a 17 year old. Thanks

First off, nothing that happens with the cat can mess up the engine, at all

If you do end up replacing the cat, you need to remap it without the O2 sensors, and it won't be all that much louder

#

If you end up getting some downpipes to replace it, it might change the tone

#

But it will not make it obnoxious
