confused on if I have the TH700R4 or a 4l60 also is it normal for 3rd gear in these Tranys to start at a super low rpm which makes acceleration a bitch

the 4l60 is on the k1500

do you know about the low rpm issue it sounds like 800 to 1k rpm i dont know exact number my truck doesnt have a tach it just makes acceleration shit

that shouldn't happen but i never had that problem in the elcamino i had with the 700r4

its almost like 3rd gear comes to early it happens when i use over drive but thats normal

if i go open throttle it shifts down

I think I figured it out I need to tighten my TV cable one Notch and thanks for letting me know it's a 700r4
