Hello, i have a 2011 Lynx Rave 550 with a 2 cyl Rotax 550 Engine. This Morning when I tried to start it (No electrical start) it wouldn't start. Normally when it is hard to start the lights usually light up a little bit but it didn't today and when i tried to start it it smelled alot like gasoline so my guess is the ignition or electrical system is wrong with but i dont know. Anyone, help.

iFew things to look at when small engines don't start
Flooded carb. You can remove this as a possibility by shutting off the fuel switch / line and cranking over a few times.
No spark. A very common issue. Get yourself a spark tester to test the ignition coil. You can test the spark by holding the plug to some grounded metal and look for spark. If for whatever reason it's not working. You can always hold it in your hand and touch your thumb to some metal and stand on the ground barefoot. I don't recommend this but it will increase your masculinity by at least 3x 😄
No air. Check your air filter and see if it is clogged.
What you can do is take some quick start or gas in a spray bottle. Spray it into your carb while cranking. If it runs you know the engine itself is working but fuel is not getting to it somehow.
