Hello, i have a 2017 bmw 116d. When i pres the gas over 50% the rpm spikes up and down around 2000 rpm and the proceeds to go up normally. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

I feel a it pulling when it spikes up. Then stops when going down en when it goes back up normally it pulls les hard then in the spike
Sometimes the car start to vibrate when the rmp peaks
