Not sure if it was me, but after defeating Shinja, I chose the area where Garrin would be. After defeating the wolf in the village, and then beating Garrin's forces, it should show a cutscene of yellow Dragon Clan peasant huts burning. It showed Wolf Clan huts instead, even though I was playing as the Serpent Kenji, not the Dragon Kenji. I don't remember encountering this back when I bought the game on Steam in October, and I already finished all campaigns shortly after buying the game. I encountered this bug just this month.
