How long for a response for ticket
While we do ask that you allow for up to seven business days for a response, the Support Team strives to, and oftentimes does, respond quicker whenever able. I myself have personally had tickets take the full seven business days, and I've had tickets answered within the hour. It all depends on various factors. Hopefully yours is on the shorter end of this wait period.
