Why is there always a x3 x4 chip sale constantly, I remember when it would be a rare occasion and you would be begging for one to turn up, is this a way to just keep getting money from there customers ??

Surely there should be a duty of care to the customers, can’t be good having a chip sale 24/7 if you have a gambling problem and I’m sure plenty do on this game.

Duty of care? Players with gambling problems should be using the play better/self exclusion tools that the game has provided them with.
I mean, they could just end all sales and make chips permanently 4x more for the money. Would that help the situation as you describe it? No more sales. That's basically what the situation is anyways they just call it a sale, and it never ends...

“Should be using the play better/self exclusion” but when you have a nice big chips sale consistently, I’m sure you find that it’s easier to keep spending loads of money bcoz you think your getting a better deal but really your just feeding the gambling addiction. I had a friend who played this game and he spend thousands bcoz of the chip sales

Yep 2x sales used to be once every 1-2 months for special occasions.
If someone has a gambling problem they need to self exclude.
