Game bugged on craps

I was playing craps and then for some reason my pass line bet dissapeared and i lost my bonus bet money

It's hard to see with all the movement but it looks like you rolled craps, which loses the passline bet, but doesn't disqualify your make em all. You cannot remove your make em all bet. You should have rebought in for some chips and placed a passline bet. If you didn't, the game looks like it won't auto roll in this situation without a passline bet since there is nobody else there to place a passline bet.

But the passline bet disappeared apparently because of crapping out on the come out roll. The board appears to show a red number (too blurry to read) which is why the bet disappeared. Since the low make em all is still locked in that means either a 2 or a 3 was rolled in this situation, which is a passline loss and disappear.

You do appear to be right. The number is hard to see, but I believe it is a 3 (pips on the side show a 2 on top, and I don't see pips on any of the corners on the bottom die). @harsh skiff If the last number you threw was indeed a 3, that is a losing Pass Line bet on the Come Out roll, and would remove the chips from the table while being one of the required Make 'Em All rolls and not remove those. That being said, the Pass/Don't Pass betting zones should have been lit up to indicate a bet is required to proceed, so that is still an issue to report at the Vegas infinite Support Center I linked to above with what I can see.

Perhaps it only lights up when you have chips to bet?
