Please be sure to reach out to the Vegas Infinite Support Center for the Support Team to investigate what might be happening and assist you. When you click the link, look to the lower right for an icon to click. This will open a menu to either chat with the AI Agent, or in the options below go right into filling out a Support Ticket.
Yes I have done that and contacted them this is what they sent as a problem solved

Vegas Infinite is accessible from your location and can be played using the free play-money chips and creds offered in the game. Additional purchases for real money via the Meta Store are not available from your location.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this issue, as we do not have access to payment details. All transactions are handled at the platform level.

I contacted meta and they refunded me the money for the club membership I purchased on horizon app but I can’t do any in game purchases
