I’m trying to create an account on my iPad with a new email and when I press create new account and put in the new email and make a password, it says user already exists. Can someone assist me on what I’m doing wrong and how I can get past this? TIA

Do you normally play with a VR, if so just make a new account on VR and then create a new email and password and then go on your iPad and enter details
