Bans are issued for clear violations of the General Terms. However, to maintain a standard of fairness in our game, we welcome all players to share their side of the situation in the form of a Ban Appeal. You may submit a ban appeal here: https://help.vegasinfinite.com/en and clicking on the Vegas Infinite logo in the lower right of the page.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your appeal to be reviewed. Submitting a ban appeal does not guarantee a ban will be overturned. Do NOT attach any personal identification documents to your ban appeal form, as they will not be accepted or reviewed. If you have received an "Underage User" ban, you will be sent instructions on how to verify your age.

If it is a ban, it will be clearly marked as such with a message either on load-in (game access ban) or in your Menu Notifications (VOIP ban). Regardless of this, or even if it's another issue alltogether, the information above is where you can go to make a Support Ticket for assistance.
