i have also sent a request via email yesterday through the vegas infinite website, and still have not gotten any response yet.
You should have a [Request received] email that was sent shortly after your ticket submission at the Vegas Infinite Support Center to confirm that the Support Team can reach you for a follow-up.
If you have this, we ask that you allow up to seven business days for a response. This is the upper timeframe we ask for any given ticket. The Support Team strives to, and oftentimes does, answer quicker whenever able. You are also more than welcome to reply to this email to request an update on your ticket status. Additionally, you can log in to the Vegas Infinite Support Center to see the status of all tickets submitted.
If you do not have this, it's a sign that either your email provider may be sorting to trash/spam automatically (in which case, check your email's filters), or that there was a typo in the email field of the ticket form, and you would need to resubmit your ticket.
