Hey if you still are looking for a solution, I submitted a support ticket and they were able to solve the issue for me. I'll copy the solution email they sent me. For me the OpenXR runtime settings fixed it cause I use SteamVR.

Reset Configuration:
Locate your Vegas Infinite installation folder named "PokerStars VR", commonly found in the following paths:
Steam: steamapps\common\PokerStars VR
Meta: Oculus\software\PokerStars VR\
With Vegas Infinite closed, double click the .bat file called "Reset Configuration.bat".
OpenXR runtime settings:
-SteamVR Settings:
On the STEAMVR window that opens while SteamVR is running, select the menu options on the top left corner of this window, and then select "Settings". In the new window that opens up, select "OpenXR" on the left. Select "SET STEAMVR AS OPENXR RUNTIME" to change your runtime to SteamVR if it is not already.
Check that "Meta Plugin Compatibility" is set to "Off".
-Meta Settings:
In the Meta application on your PC, select "Settings" on the left side menu, and then select "General". In this list is an option for OpenXR Runtime. Please select the option for your Meta device to set as the active OpenXR Runtime if it is not already.
Meta PC Vegas Infinite:
Are you playing on the Steam VR version of Vegas Infinite? If these steps do not help, you can also try downloading Vegas Infinite on the Meta PC app. Any Meta or linked Vegas Infinite account can play on the Meta PC version of Vegas Infinite.
