The best thing to do is to immediately report the player using the in-game reporting sysgtem. The next best thing to do is to mute the player. As for what the Devs do and how it is handled behind the scenes is unknown. However, it is reported that they investigate all reports.

#

So keep on playing using my tips, it should help.

#

No need to uninstall the game. Rather, stand up to the fight against bullies by doing what I suggested.

As I read this it seems the issue is someone using another persons name (must be a steam player). They may then be impersonating that original person and causing havoc under their name. They may never be on the same table so muting wouldn't apply. If they were to be on the same table (and trolling), then recording and reporting would be the most obvious answer. The team could review then. I've heard of this before but never heard of any type of resolution. (no one ever comes back to Discord and says - "they took care of it") One has to assume that the team, when going to discipline, would know which of the two is the right one to take actin against.

Your posts were removed since they included public callouts of the person involved. Such public callouts are not allowed.

Harassment is not allowed in Vegas Infinite. Your statement that the person has support of administrators is incorrect.

You are encouraged to report all instances of harassment via your ingame Menu (Menu, Poker, Players, their name, Report User) and/or at the Vegas Infinite Support Center for the ingame Moderation Team to review and take action as warranted. Reports at the Support Center allow you to upload video if desired (not a requirement) as well as to provide additional details. All reports are investigated and action taken as appropriate:

The Support Center website does unfortunately have a file size limitation. If your video file is too long to be uploaded directly, you can instead upload it to YouTube as an Unlisted Video, and provide the video link in your ticket to get it to the Support Team.

That is incorrect. The Game Moderation team takes such issues very seriously, and will investigate and take action as appropriate.

You mentioned that your reports went unanswered. When submitting a report, you will immediatley receive an auto-cofnirmation email confirming that your report was submitted. You will then receive a follow-up email from the Support/Moderation team within seven business days. Are you saying that you did not receive either the Auto-cofnirmation email or a reply from the Support/Moderation team? Please double-check your spam and deleted folders in case the responses were inadvertently filtered by your email provider.

Due to privacy concerns, the Moderation team does not disclose specific actions taken, however that does not mean that action was not taken. The Support and Moderation team takes such issues very seriously and investigates all such reports and takes action as appropriate. Additionally, you are welcome to reply to the emails to provide additional information or if you have ongoing concerns.

Again, the Moderation team does not disclose specific actions taken, however that does not mean that action was not taken.

Once again, harassment is not allowed in Vegas Infinite or here in the Vegas Infinite Discord server. Any instances of harassment should be reported either through the in-game reporting function or at the Vegas Infinite Support Center.

This will require you to have a Google or YouTUbe account. Once you are logged into YouTube, the upper right corner has a +Create button. Click that, Upload Video, and follow the instructions to upload your video. One of the steps will allow you to designate it as a Public, Unlisted, or PRivate video, choose Unlisted here. Once it is fully done, you will be provided a link that you can share with the Vegas Infinite SUpport Center ticket.

The instructions above will allow you to post a YouTube video that can only be viewed by people who you share the link with.

All this entire string of posts points out is that - it is going to be very difficult for the team to cipher through and address.
