Swatters are given out very rarely for high impact/game breaking bugs at the discretion of the support team. Is it just that the mask sits too high on your face? While I'm sure the support team appreciates the report, not sure if this will meet the bar. Filing a #❓︱support-tickets would be the way to go though.
