whenever I change my boundary to stationary the table height is way too low and I can't lower my seat height low enoughto reach the table even at the max -7, how do I fix this? a boundary option in the quest settings maybe?

I tend to recalibrate my perspective (holding down right oculus button) leaning forward/up and then lean down into the position.

I just remember vaguely that the guardian settings are messed up in stationary and doesnt set it properly

I personally have never had issues with Stationary. It may be a Floor Height setting for you in your headset, if you want to try that as a possible solution.
