The Support and Development teams do not operate through Discord. Filing a report is the best way to ensure the team is aware of the issue so it can be investigated.

It takes less time to file a support ticket than having a conversation on discord...and a ticket means that the people who can see it, will.

Hope they fix this issue, though!
