There has been an issue lately where the countdown does not display the correct amount of time until your next spin, making it appear that your next spin will be ready sooner than it actually is. This is a visual bug. The timing of when your next spin will be available will still be 8 hours from your last spin, regardless of if the display shows incorrectly or not.
