#Do they actually attempt to resolve tickets?

I've been unable to bet in sports bets since the email linking update. I opened a ticket. During the middle of September. My last reply to the ticket was in the 29th--the time before that they claimed it was resolved.
I've sent replies saying it's still going on and other concerns but still no resolution.

I bought a club membership in the middle of September. My wife did the same day. My membership expired on the 1st. Hers is still valid. I was unable to use my 150,000 in sports bets because every sports even says "event unavailable". I've also still not recieved my angel wings from a review over 3 weeks ago.

As a player that's been playing for over 3 years I would think my feedback would matter and a timely attempt to trouble shoot my issue doesn't seem like to much to ask.    I sent the logs and everything like I was asked to.

No money amount can aid in your situation. Time and patience is the key here. It takes up to seven business days for them to even receive your ticket sometimes quicker sometimes slower, it depends on the volume of tickets that they get. And then once they receive it, they have to figure out what’s wrong so that might take him longer. These guys are working really hard to try to keep up with the amount of tickets are probably overwhelming and that might take a little more time than usual. Good luck.

The ticket was already open. This is replies to the same ticket. And been since the 29th since a reply was recieved on my end. I have no other choice but to wait just seemed like it was brushed to the side.
Totally not out of line to wonder what's up after almost 2 weeks. I like the game. Just ever since the quest came out the support for vr pc players has been on the back burner. I was stoked when they came up with email linking. I finally was able use an occulus avatar vs those ungodly preset ones. For a while the presets didn't even match what other players saw.
