i joined a sit and go paid and everything played the beginning of my hand then your app logged me out and when I tried to log back in everything was gone

Unfortunately, it can take up to 7 business days for them to address tickets, so you may not hear back immediately. They get a lot of tickets and I'm sure everyone would like them prioritized, just the way they are doing it to be fair with a queue. Hopefully sooner!
