When I launch the app I get to the screen that’s a star with the letters VR after it and then the game freezes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared app data to no avail. It’ll get about halfway thru the opening animations and then just stop. Any ideas on fixes?

Try power cycling your router, especially if you are seeing connection issues. Which headset are you on? Standalone or linked? What version of meta do you have installed (if you are on a quest)?
You may also want to try using a different internet connection, like a wifi hotspot.

I’m on quest 2, I’m assuming newest version I just upgraded to the 256 gig one, had it for about 2 weeks, stand-alone, I’ve tried power cycling both headset and router, I can use other online apps fine so I don’t think it’s a connections issue. Let me try to hotspot it tho
