Were you able to claim your Club+ box in your Watch Menu, or is it not there at all?

I was able to get the first box bit not the upgraded box

The box on the left i have but no right box or chips

I would try reloading the game and see if the additional perks appear, if they do not please submit a ticket to our PokerStars VR Help Center here: https://luckyvr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - Support will look into this and make sure you receive the items and perks you paid for.
