Hey @karmic heart! I’d recommend unequipping and reequipping the mask while getting ready for the picture. I’m not positive this will fix it, but worth a try!

This is the first I’m hearing of it, I’m not sure if other reports have been made. Always best to make a ticket if you can, that way there’s proper documentation and the info can be forwarded to the proper team members.
