There is no customer service number for PokerStars VR, so I would advise against calling any unknown numbers. 😄 the only way to contact our support is through the Help Center. It can take up to 7 business days (Mon-Fri) to receive a response. There is no way to speed up this process.

Discord Mods such as myself don’t have access to in-game accounts nor do we have access to evidence. Only the Support Team via the Help Center does, so you will need to wait and hear back via the email you provided in your ticket. All official contact info comes from here, I don’t know the people you’re referencing but don’t call any unknown numbers. The only way to contact our support team is via the Help Center. Any other information you’ve been given has been misunderstood.

It has been 4 business days since your first ticket. You have not been forgotten, it just hasn’t been 7 business days. Keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder of your email.

No, this would be Ban Evasion and would result in the alternate account being banned as well. You will need to wait for the determination of your appeal.

If your account is under sanction, any means to access PokerStars VR will be subject to permanent sanction, regardless of the result of the appeal in place.

No. This would also be Ban Evasion. You will need to wait to hear back from our Support Team, there is absolutely no way around this. I understand being anxious to get back into the action, but this is the process in place.

Whenever your automated email says, you mentioned first filling out a ticket on Tuesday. Regardless, as long as you’ve received confirmation, they have your ticket and will get back to you within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) of that automated email. 😄

I don’t know exactly what their process is. 😄 they will let you know if/what information they need from you.
